A finance forecasting system

The situation

An AI prototype, a first pilot client and a development team already hired in India – but no plan that turned the idea of an advanced forecasting system into a system they could build.

What we did

Set up the project management tools, planned the idea into a system, and created, delegated and managed the work with the team. When the forecasting engine put the budget and the timeline at risk, we stepped in and built it ourselves.

Job extraction from email

Job orders arrived by email and were moved into the job system by hand: slow and error-prone.

A system that extracts jobs from incoming email into Google Sheets and a custom job system.

Questions

Will this work with our existing software?

Yes. We start from the tools you already use and build around them.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. We explain everything in plain language. If you do have technical knowledge, all the better.

How long does implementation take?

Management is ongoing. Setting the project up, as part of it, usually takes one to two weeks, faster if we get the information we need when we need it. Shaping the idea together takes longer.

Is the consulting included?

Yes. Tech and hiring consulting is part of the management.

Can others work with the system?

Yes. We build the setup, and onboard your team on it, so that your managers can step in and onboard new hires themselves.

What happens if something stops working?

You can always reach out to us. With our standard setup we also let you know about problems other clients run into, and help you apply the fix.

Is this suitable for an early-stage startup?

Yes, that is who it is for. A young startup without a large team of its own should still be able to build world-class software.

How much involvement is required from our team?

As much as you want. At the minimum you talk to us only once a week and we do the rest.

How is the service priced?

The setup, up to 3 weeks, is a fixed price. Management afterwards is billed monthly or by the hour, whichever fits your project better.
